The St. John Eagles ended their volleyball season on Saturday, November 11, with their conference tournament. The Eagles entered the tournament with a 4-2 record. In their first match they took on the Silo Crusaders and defeated them in only two sets. Next up was the host school, Rochester Central Lutheran School (RCLS). The Eagles dropped the first set but came back strong in the second set to force a third set. However, the Eagles were unable to win the match. Their next opponent, in this double elimination tournament, was St. Johns of Lake City. The match went to a full three sets with the Eagles of St. Johns Wykoff coming out on top. The Eagles then had a shot at the championship match, but would need to defeat RCLS. They came out fighting and won the first set, but were unable to defeat the RCLS Bobcats in the next two sets. The St. John Lutheran Eagles returned home with a third place finish in their conference tournament.
